Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Stringalink ("we", "us") covering your use of stringalink.com. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Stringalink.
1. Who can use Stringalink
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account, and at least 18 to add or share adult content. If you use Stringalink for a business or organization, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
2. Your account
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for everything done with your account.
- Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim or change a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, or is misleading.
- Tell us right away if you think someone else has access to your account.
3. Your content
You own what you put on your page: your name, bio, photos and links. You give us permission to store, display and share that content as needed to run Stringalink, for example to show your public page to visitors. You confirm that you have the right to use everything you upload.
4. What's not allowed
You may not use Stringalink to post, link to or promote:
- Anything illegal, including content that sexually exploits or endangers minors. We report this to the authorities.
- Malware, phishing, scams or deceptive links.
- Harassment, threats, hate speech or content that encourages violence.
- Impersonation of another person, brand or organization.
- Content that infringes someone else's copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Adult or sexually explicit content without the 18+ warning. Links to known adult sites are marked 18+ automatically; for anything else, turn on the 18+ setting yourself.
- Spam, or attempts to break, overload or get around the security of the service.
5. What we can do
To keep Stringalink safe, we may remove links or photos, add 18+ warnings, block links flagged as harmful, or suspend or delete accounts that break these terms, with or without notice. If you believe we made a mistake, contact us.
6. Links to other websites
Pages on Stringalink link to websites we don't control. We're not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Visit them at your own risk.
7. The service is provided "as is"
We work hard to keep Stringalink running, but we can't promise it will always be available, error-free or secure. We may change, pause or stop features at any time. Keep your own copy of anything important.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Stringalink is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data arising from your use of the service, or for content posted by users or found on linked websites.
9. Ending your account
You can stop using Stringalink at any time, and delete your account yourself from the Account section of your dashboard. We may end accounts that break these terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Stringalink after an update, you accept the new terms.
